At Right Away Home Staffing, Inc., the care you receive is as important as the person that is providing it. Because we work with individuals in their own homes, it is crucial that we take into account the personal side of care. We strive to make good matches and find staff that you feel comfortable with and enjoy having in your home.
Below are just some of the stringent requirements our staff must comply with:
- Background Checks Through the Michigan State Police
- Driving Record Checks Every Year
- Random, Unannounced Drug Tests
- Full Bonding by Right Away Home Staffing, Inc.
- CPR and First Aide Training
- A Minimum of 12-Hours of In-Service Training a Year
- A Minimum of 3-Hours Training with the Person They Are Caring for
- Unannounced Visits by a Manager or Nurse While at Work and a TB Test Each Year
Right Away Home Staffing, Inc., works closely with our local office for the aging, the Tri-County Office on Aging and Community Mental Health. We have a great working relationship with local Veterans Services and work diligently to provide care to our Veterans and their families.
